A new release version of the PrePoMax contains the following FEM features:
- Added a tool to check the element quality: Model → Element → Element Quality
- Added support for merging coincident nodes
- History (for regeneration) was updated to include commands for analysis and commands for postprocessing; regeneration can now be done for the model commands only (the commands for analysis and commands for postprocessing are not regenerated) or for all commands
- Support for command line parameters was improved
- Added support for buckling reader of the .dat files
- Added support for exporting history outputs (Result → History Output → Export)
- Added support for selection by geometry IDs
- Added support for reference point creation based on geometry selection
- Added support for coordinate system creation based on geometry selection
- Added support for the creation of the field output defined by the equation (Result → Field Output → Create)
- Added support for the creation of the history output defined by the equation (Result → History Output → Create)
- Added support for filters for the user-created history outputs; possible filters are min, max, sum, and average
- Added support for the creation of coordinate systems in the FE model view (rectangular, cylindrical)
- Added support for the creation of coordinate systems in the results view (rectangular, cylindrical)
- Added support for the creation of reference points in the results view
- Added support for using coordinate systems at the creation of boundary conditions
- Added support for using coordinate systems at the creation of concentrated loads
- Added support for using coordinate systems at the creation of surface traction loads
- Added support for transforming the field output to another coordinate system (Result → Field Output → Create)
- CalculiX solver was updated to version 2.22
- bug fixes
And the following user features:
- Coordinate systems are now highlighted when selected during the creation of BCs and loads
- Additional .exe file called PrePoMaxCmd.exe was added, which starts PrePoMax as a command line application
- bug fixes
